• I did well in High School - 3.71 average and 6th in my class
• Composite score 30 on the ACT, which was in the 99th percentile
• College GPA was 3.67, cum laude
• I have yet to fail any certification tests, computer or insurance related; although the potential certainly exists on the MCSE tests since most of the material is new to me.
• I'm able to easily retain a great deal of material when I concentrate and study it

I'm including this to make the point that I'm intelligent and pick things up quickly. 

From the first time I used a PC (a 286 provided to me at Aetna Life & Casualty) I liked it and used it in every way I could learn, first at work and then with my home PCs. Using computers seemed to come naturally and I wouldn't mention that except I've noticed this is not the case with many fellow employees.  Some hate the computer and some are scared to try anything new on it.  It is now becoming VITAL that most employees have PC skills.
